Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum 3 nights stay.
- Flexible cancellation up to 7 days prior to check-in date till 18:00 hours local time.
- Meal plan commences with dinner on the arrival date and ends with breakfast on the departure day.
- Complimentary scuba diving is applicable to certified divers only.

- New Year’s Gala Dinner on December 31, 2025 for USD350++ per adult, (Prices include select alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages served between 6:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. at the Kandooma Café).
- Return speedboat transfer charge (airport-resort-airport) is USD 150.00 nett per adult and USD 75.00 nett per child (age 4 to 12 years old).
- Rates are per villa, per night, based on a single/double occupancy.

- Cancellation or no show will result in the guest being charged for the entire stay booked.
