Kandooma Scuba Diving Facts

Scuba diving in Maldives is a year-round activity, as the tropical waters that average around 28° Celsius are teeming with colourful, exotic marine life from manta rays and eagle rays to green turtles, hawksbill turtles and reef sharks. From May to November, the western monsoon brings plankton to the area, which in turn attracts manta rays. December to April offers an insight into the bright, clear, colourful underwater world of the Maldives. Those eager to spot sharks can do so throughout the year.
